The Next Step Basketball "Boot Camp" class is a 50 minute HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training ) workout for adults of any age, fitness or skill level who are also interested in playing or learning to play basketball.
Mixing the best of the "Boot Camp" style workouts with Basketball fundamentals, this class is specially designed for those of you who may like to combine activities in your exercise regime. Maybe you are participating in a social Basketball competition and want some extra court time; a good training workout in the morning or even want to show your kids some new skills in the back yard!
Whether you haven’t played before and don’t know what you’re doing, or are regular on the court, the classes are built around you. We scale the workout for all levels and adapt the program accordingly each session.
Once registered, no need to pre-book for a session, just meet us inside the basketball court (at least) 5 minutes before the class starts so we can sign you in!
Wear comfortable training gear and sport shoes, of course wear basketball shoes if you have any.
