As a certified Basketball Coach & Personal Trainer, my approach strikes a distinct balance between, teacher, trainer, motivator and friend.
I provide expert guidance and disciplined training based on years of experience in both basketball and the fitness industry. I work to complement a results-driven approach with a keen sense of fun and a firm belief that basketball and fitness should be an enjoyable commitment to oneself.
Basketball requires a unique blend of physical & skills based attributes to all be working together in a player for them to reach their full potential. By aligning skills development and core physical fitness elements, I want to motivate my players and clients to achieve results that are uniquely tailored to their needs, expectations and sense of potential.
From fundamentals through advanced skills on the basketball court, strength/agility/flexibility and Cardio training, I draw from a variety of training disciplines and techniques to deliver my unique basketball coaching and personal training style.
